Shorter than this time could have an adverse effect by repeating too frequently, giving the caller the perception that they have been on hold for a long time. Music changes every min 45 seconds - 6 total segments	included
Voice over segments for each 45 second section should be 15-30 seconds long with the balance being used for a music bed. Word volume should be 60 to 100 words per section. 90 words requires approximately 30 seconds to deliver.	included
2 segments should be generic: Thanks for your business, thanks for holding we will be with you shortly, rest assured we are working hard to take care of you, your call is important to us... These segments are light on text with mostly music so when your real messages start they have impact. During the holidays this would be a great place to include a special greeting.	included
