PRIVATE LESSONS

Private instruction is offered on most instruments. Students are exposed to a variety of styles and techniques through a highly individualized approach. Lessons focus on the elements of music, ear training, technique, theory and improvisation. Lessons are once a week for 30 minutes.
GROUP LESSONS & CLASSES
Ages 6 and older
Students learn the basic fundamentals of music and, depending on the ability level of the group, more advanced musical techniques.
Group lessons can be a very effective way to learn an instrument. Here's why:
---Group lessons are an hour long compared to a standard 30 minute lesson.
---Students learn from each other's achievement as well as their mistakes.
---Students develop the ability to perform in front of other people without experiencing the anxiety associated with performing.
---Believe it! Students actually seem to practice more in a group setting. Definitely an added bonus!
